Now Hiring Servers/Bartenders/Food Server Assistants

Turner Hill Golf Club
Ipswich, MA

Servers

We are looking for natural, friendly professionals with a passion for guest service to help create an outstanding experience for our members.  Experience is helpful, but not required.  What is required is a positive demeanor, willingness to learn, an ability to work in a team environment, and a clean, professional appearance.  The successful candidates will be expected to adopt our service standards and become fluent with both our food and beverage menus.  We will be running both a la carte dining as well as a full schedule of weddings and member events.

Food Service Assistants 18.00 Hr

As a FSA you will provide support to our service staff and bartenders.  You will work as part of a dynamic team and do whatever it takes to get the job done.  Specific duties include, but not limited to: bussing tables, running food and beverage, running side work, banquet set up and break down.  This position requires someone that is willing to work and willing to learn.  It is a great opportunity to learn how a club operates and potentially come back as a server or bartender in the future.

Bartenders 22.00 Hr

We are looking for friendly, team-oriented bartenders that have some experience but are open to learn and advance their skills.  The successful bartenders will have an understanding of mixology, how to work with beverage recipes, and the desire to grow an atmosphere that will attract our members to the bar for food and drinks.  Creativity, personality, efficiency, and a strong ethic, are all traits that the successful candidate should possess.
