Lisa V LaPlante

Lisa V LaPlante is a Nationally Certified Fitness Trainer with the ISSA (International Sports Science Association), a TRX (Total Body Resistance Exercise) Professional Trainer, Aerobics and Strength Group Instructor, and is an Instructor of Traditional Chen Tai Chi. A practitioner of Old Form Chen Tai Chi and Straight Sword, Lisa is a student of Grandmaster Chen Zhenglei; 11th generation direct-line successor of Chen Family Tai Chi. Lisa has earned a Wellness Coach Certification, is a Consultant for Fitness Centers and Staff, and a Member of the NY Strength Fitness Pros. 

Lisa LaPlante has more than 20 years of Management Experience, during which she has held Fitness Director positions with the Ipswich Family YMCA and New England Biolabs Corporate Fitness Center.

Lisa enjoys working with people of all ages and fitness levels; encouraging them to recognize their potential, improve confidence and find inspiration in their own strengths. Lisa was honored with the N.Y. Strength 2007 Spirit of Strength Award and 2010 Master Trainer.

When she is not working, Lisa enjoys music, photography, reading, spending time with her husband and raising her young son.
